A man in a beige suit and tie stands behind a podium in a dimly lit room with dark curtains. To his right, a person wearing a hoodie and a black face mask holds a paper, and behind them, two women with glasses and dark hair look on. The room appears to be a stage or conference setting.

ACTING & PERFORMANCE

Overview
My coaching philosophy centers on a deep understanding of craft, paired with the confidence to use it. Acting is a tool for self-expression, connection, and growth — a skill that carries across the stage, the screen, and everyday communication. Through a mix of instinct, creativity, and professional experience, I help students unlock their voice, release self-doubt, and access their full range as performers.

Current and former acting students have appeared in projects with Netflix, Fox, NBC, History Channel, BBC America, ABC Family, FX, AMC, and Roku. University acceptances include NYU and USC (MFA).

Focus areas:

  • Audition technique — Prepare with confidence, build specificity, and deliver performances that feel authentic, not rehearsed.

  • Rehearsal process and acting methods — Build sustainable habits and explore techniques that actually improve performance, not just fill rehearsal time.

  • Voice and expression — Expand vocal range and variation across commercial, narration, and character work, and connect it to genuine emotional expression.

  • Building a portfolio — Develop a collection of monologues and scenes that shows real versatility.

  • Career prep — Guidance on headshots, reels, marketing, and professional representation.

  • Daily practice and consistency — Establish routines that build skill, confidence, and comfort on stage over time, not just before an audition.

  • Character and script analysis — Read scripts deeply enough to build performances that actually connect with an audience.

  • New actors — Foundational technique and confidence for anyone just entering the craft.

Who this is for:

  • Beginner actors seeking guidance on technique and performance.

  • Experienced actors refining audition skills or building a portfolio.

  • Students preparing for college, theater, or professional opportunities

What clients walk away with:

  • Increased confidence and self-expression.

  • Stronger performance and audition results.

  • A clearer read on scripts and character motivation.

  • Sustainable practice habits that build over time, not just before a big audition.

In practice:

  • Beginners develop vocal and physical tools to perform professionally, some booking work within months of training.

  • A working actor sharpens audition technique and character analysis to land more professional roles.

  • A high school student preparing for college theater auditions builds a polished monologue portfolio and walks in with real confidence.
