Youth Coaching

The teenage years are when confidence, communication, and identity are still being built — which makes them the best possible time to develop real skills in this area, not just work around a problem after it's already taken hold. I coach teens (ages 14+) on public speaking, self-expression, and social confidence, working alongside parents or guardians every step of the way. Whether a teen is dealing with social anxiety, wants to build stronger friendships, or simply needs a safe space to find their voice, this coaching gives them tools that carry well beyond adolescence.

Focus areas

  • Social confidence and comfort zone expansion — Building genuine ease in social situations, not just coping strategies for getting through them.

  • Overcoming shyness and social anxiety — Working through what's actually underneath the anxiety, so the change lasts.

  • Public speaking fundamentals — Speaking up in class, presentations, and group settings without the fear taking over.

  • Making and keeping friendships — Practical tools for starting conversations, reading social cues, and building real connection.

  • Self-expression and finding your voice — Using performance and communication tools as a path to genuine self-discovery, not just polish.

A note for Parents/Guardians:

This coaching is not a substitute for therapy or mental health treatment. If your teen is experiencing a mental health condition that requires clinical support, I'd encourage working with a licensed therapist alongside or instead of coaching. Coaching is not therapy and I am not a licensed therapist.
